I like how easy it was to use, my doctor's office couldn't figure out why they weren’t getting calls from me when i got home sick so this helped them see where problems were occurring for us as well! The only thing about patient ping would be if you are in an area without internet or wifi then there will not really have any way of using their service unless your at work/at school etc.. but overall its pretty good!! We can now call each other directly whenever we need help during our day which helps keep things organized since everyone has access too all files via email instead off having paper copies laying around everywhere. This also allows more communication between doctors offices because everything gets sent right back through emails rather than phone conversations (which could get lost). It makes life easier by giving people peace of mind knowing what.
