The best thing about this product was its easy-to use interface which helped us in managing our daily business effectively without much effort or time spent by any of my employees, as it allowed me automate most things for them so they could focus more on their core duties! I dislike how basic some features are like searching people names when you need information from one person but not another (like we had done with Guest Relations). Our organization has been able to streamline processes through automation using Hotel Simply thus making life easier than ever before!!
