The best thing about this application is that you can create multiple queues in different customer type so as soon they get an update when it relates them, then we will know instantly who got what updates or email with respect to waiting list! We are still working out how to be certain there’s no duplication because some emails will come twice but everything else seems well managed. For now I haven't really experienced any negative things except maybe sometimes one party's information won’t fully sync up which might mean someone has been double booked without realising at first. This software helped us reduce our call center workload. My favorite part of NextMe is the ability to send a message to a customer and then send a reminder to the customer. It is very helpful for reminding customers of appointments and reminders for the appointments. I don't really have any complaints about NextMe. It has been a great tool for our practice. I would recommend NextMe to any business that needs a reminder system. NextMe has helped us to remind our patients about appointments and reminders for appointments.
