Very useful app especially if your running into problems

The best thing about this application is that you can create multiple queues in different customer type so as soon they get an update when it relates them, then we will know instantly who got what updates or email with respect to waiting list! We are still working out how to be certain there’s no duplication because some emails will come twice but everything else seems well managed. For now I haven't really experienced any negative things except maybe sometimes one party's information won’t…

  • Easy way keep track if your appointment history through all my clients' visits.I love being able check their status before going into work each morning.Also easy access from home via computer/phone etc

Great platform for sending gift certificates & waiting lists

Great platform, easy to use and the customer service team are great! Just don't try to do too much in one day as it can be overwhelming at times - you will need some support. There's also no way to share your waiting list with other users unless they have bought it themselves or if they're friends/family members who've been added to it before you did. This would make sharing lists more efficient and easier than having to email them. Currently we just keep track ourselves but this allows us to

User-friendly CRM software that is easy for customers to use

The ease in which I can access my data makes it very user-friendly, as well as its ability to sync up with our CRM system! It's also easy enough that non tech savvy people could use them too if they needed assistance or guidance from someone more experienced who knows how things work behind the scenes.
