The ease in which I can access my data makes it very user-friendly, as well as its ability to sync up with our CRM system! It's also easy enough that non tech savvy people could use them too if they needed assistance or guidance from someone more experienced who knows how things work behind the scenes.
Would like an option where you don't have to create your own login credentials every time (we had this issue but was able to fix). Make sure all team members are using the same version because there were compatibility issues between different versions when we first started using it. We're solving customer service problems by providing better communication through text messages/emails than what other options allow us - saving valuable resources such as having employees take off early due to lack of support during business hours.
