Great platform, easy to use and the customer service team are great! Just don't try to do too much in one day as it can be overwhelming at times - you will need some support.

There's also no way to share your waiting list with other users unless they have bought it themselves or if they're friends/family members who've been added to it before you did. This would make sharing lists more efficient and easier than having to email them. Currently we just keep track ourselves but this allows us to build an accurate picture of our clients' waiting time which helps improve communication between us.
