No topcoat best in my review

I like the ladder, and was really looking forward for it to come. When I was assembling it I realized they did not put a topcoat on, so the stain was coming off everywhere. There’s no way I could hang my white blankets on it without them getting destroyed. Pretty disappointed, it was not cheap and now I have to go spend more money and time and figure out a way to seal it.

Ordered brown got white. Other than that it works as advertised.

Cons

While it advertised as preventing snags, it does not!
