It's a perfect pillow

I am a side sleeper with 4 herniated disc's in my neck. This pillow supports the neck. I was waking up multiple times with neck pain with my old pillow. I am sleeping all night and waking up with no neck pain. One side of the pillow is for side sleeping and the other side is for laying on your back.

Pros

I had the best night sleep with using this pillow I recommend it.

Cons

It actually made my neck pain even worse. Would not recommend.
