I first bought these to clean a thin layer between tiles in preparation for grouting 1/8 inch wide joints. I used the handheld version of these blades for a week before quitting. Using it with the oscillating tool has really speeded up the process of preparing the tiles for grouting. Screeds have a lot of time to dry and harden. You quickly get through what came before the slow task. So far with more than 700 sqm. Feet of tile and grout, my first blade still looks brand new with very few diamonds actually missing from the blade. Pros: - 4 blades included - Works great with 1/8" gouging lines - Saves so much time compared to a handheld diamond gouging blade - Can rotate the blade to different angles on the vibrating tool - Curved design helps rock back the Tools to get really clear, so thin or grout Cons: - Need to pay more attention to grout crossings to avoid chipping off adjacent tiles (the only negative I can think of)
