I like the fact that the system and process works exactly as its meant to do - no bugs or glitches! The customer service was great during our trial and we are still in contact with them now. The cost to implement and maintain this system isn't cheap, but if you have enough volume on your website (or plan to) then it will pay for itself in time. There is nothing at this stage that I dislike about Digital iD. If you're looking for a solution that won't make you look bad to your clients, this is it. It's easy to use, efficient and will get rid of any concerns they may have had about not having the right software. We've been able to reduce the amount of fraud on our site.
