Review on 💡 Etekcity LED Desk Lamp: Eye-Caring Table Lamp with USB Charging & 3 Brightness Levels by Kelley Zulkifli

When I ordered this light I thought I could give it to my niece as I thought she would like a flashlight that she can use in many ways. Let's just say I'm not sure she gets it now. I wasn't sure what I would use this flashlight for, but when I played around with it there were all sorts of options. Anywhere there is a USB port. It also comes with an adapter so you can easily plug it into the wall. If that's not enough to get you excited (actually, it's the little things in life!), you can just unplug it and forgo the cord as there's a battery inside. You can take this little lamp WHERE! Take it to the deck, the pool, the backyard, the campsite, the workshop. The possibilities are endless. These possibilities are further enhanced by the flexible neck - you can bend, twist and tilt this light to get it just right. . It's really nice when you want to focus the light on a specific spot, like in a workshop or other hobby. The light is nice and bright, with 3 different brightness settings. I am very satisfied with the light intensity. Another thing I like about this light is the base. Of course, the first thing you'll notice is that it's fun. How many other lights do you have that let you create almost any color with a snap of your fingers?!? This base works great as a night light, no matter what color you choose. While I don't need a night light per se, I love it for those moments when you wake up and need some light but you don't want the shock of turning the light on and waiting. Your eyes will have to get used to it, not to mention waking up everyone in the room (dogs think real light means it's time to get up!). You can use this light to give yourself enough light to see but not enough to blind you. Still, sometimes I just like to play around with the basic light. :) I'm sorry my video doesn't capture that color change better, you have to pay more attention to the reflection of the light as my phone washed it out so much. I have so many things I like about this light. You can power or charge it from any USB port or wall outlet. It's easy to move it from place to place, especially when using a battery instead of a cable. The whole thing is very light and you can fold down the lamp bracket to make it more compact. The battery gives you a good time, I think around 3 hours per charge, although I'm not sure I'm remembering correctly. (I believe you'll save battery life if you use the main switch on the back of the unit to turn off the light when not in use or being transported. Just remember to turn it back on or you'll think it is tot.) The lighting is a nice touch, it can add a bit of soothing light to dark rooms, and the main feature, the LED backlight, is nice and bright, giving you enough light to work/read/calculate. Give this light two enthusiastic thumbs up. It does everything I expected and more and is just a cool little flashlight to have on hand. I received this flashlight at a promotional price to test and evaluate the product. The price I paid does not affect my rating as I verify that I would have paid full price for the item. I try to include the kind of information I'm looking for in reviews when researching my own purchases.
