The customer support team are super friendly & helpful! They always get back in touch with us quickly when we need them too which means less stress for our end users who rely heavily upon their software at work each day - so it's great from my perspective as well :) I have no complaints about this product or its pricing structure (which has been very competitive). We use URSA agents because they're reliable partners whom can be relied up without fear over time periods where your business might not make enough profit/sales etc., but still want you guys around all year round anyway?
