Review on BFGoodrich g-Force Stud 215/60 R16 99Q winter by Wiktor Stpie ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A normal product, however, does not fully correspond to the description.

I read here that the antennae worsen the characteristics of the tires, so I did not wait until they were erased and cut off on my own. Tires 185/65/15 cost 11400. plus free tire fitting with balancing (~ 1200-1500). In total, taking into account tire fitting under 10,000, which I consider an excellent investment! On balancing they hung an average of 35 - 40 g. Re-balancing after 1000 km. did not do. Addition after 3 months of use: On the specified, loose snow, wet and dry asphalt, they ride perfectly. Accelerated to 140 km / h. everything is fine, they drive perfectly along the highway at 90-110 km / h, the car does not throw anywhere, there is no roll - the secret is in the correct running in and removal of the antennae. I park on a site that has not been cleared of snow along with SUVs. Once he sat down on his belly there, but he left, albeit with attempts on his own. Addition on directional stability: sometimes the car blows down on the ring when the snow is not cleaned. I don't know if it's the tires or me ;)

Pros
  • They are not heard at all. This is despite the fact that on my Nissan Note 1.6 there is no additional "shumka". There was such a moment: I was driving along the highway at a speed of 70 km / h. - rain with fog and visibility of several meters, gaped and overlooked the sign of the narrowing of the lane and flew to the side of the road in the mud, I realized that I flew out only on a push. I drove 10 meters without any problems and drove back to the asphalt)) Consumption on these tires on the run-in 4.6 liters. a hundred on the highway. I'm shocked myself.
Cons
  • It seemed that it blows away on a sharp turn on a wet track at a speed of 70 km / h. - but this may be due to the fact that the tires are 1 day old and have not been run in. ate 3 months later: I don't like starting on a snowy road. The car slips, there is practically no grip with the road! You are the last to leave the traffic lights. Addition after 5 months of operation (March): At the roundabout on the freshly fallen snow there was a side skid and an accident as a result. Lateral drift has happened before when moving in an arc, but I did not pay much attention to it! But in vain. This time the speed was slightly higher and the car (without ESP) became unmanageable after turning from the roundabout. In short, I'm not the only one with this problem, judging by the reviews, and now everything has worked out - a sluggish start on fresh snow and a skid - the thing is that the tread is clogged with snow and turns into a "slick" as someone here already wrote. I do not recommend this rubber for cars without ESP! Also, 4 spikes evaporated from the left drive wheel with a run of about 2022 km. The rest of the wheels are fine.

With its pros: Very quiet! Quiet Nokia right? Cons: Skids a lot in the snow with porridge. Maybe it's just my feeling.
