If I could give minus 100 stars I would. I ordered several smart devices and they all set up in seconds and I was able to create Alexa routines with no issues. This was not possible for this "intelligent" socket. After 2 hours I was able to sync with the app and Alexa. I've performed this process over a dozen times. After about 10 minutes the device does not respond and does not work. It was never able to connect to the proposed app, but it did to a completely different smart home app, but after about 10 minutes and only 20ft from the router it disconnected. STAY AWAY
