Installed on a 2012 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X. It does not fit without modification, making installation time-consuming. As others have pointed out, the tab on the top bracket had to be cut. I cut off about 1/8 inch with a dremel tool. The spring bolts are ridiculously long. I cut the screws to the correct length which took too long. It would be better to buy new screws. it was still very difficult to get the key past the brake pipe and parking brake cable and to avoid damage I fitted the outer bolts the wrong way round. This works better and in my opinion the kit should be done with the nuts on top. Even with these modifications, it is not possible to torque the hardware to the torque values listed on the label on the airbags without bending the brackets. These steel brackets should be stronger. They may need harder steel or more thickness. Installation issues have been reported on clubfrontier.org and people have tried to contact Firestone with no success.
