Does the job! the best computer components

If you want to connect a camera with HDMI output to your computer to use as a webcam - I did that and it works! It doesn't come with any software, so you'll have to find out for yourself. OBS is a free, open-source tool to help you get started. The build quality is good, it has a metal body so it seems to be of higher quality. There are no rattling parts, which is good.
