This capture card is great. It definitely does 1080P at 60fps. You need to connect it to USB 3.0, 3.1 or 3.2 for 60 fps. Tested with OBS and stable 60fps at 1080P. When using USB 2.0, the frame rate drops to 30 fps. Ignore reviewers who say it's not USB 3 or doesn't support 60 fps because it is. I almost bought it because of these reviews but I'm glad I did!

If you want to connect a camera with HDMI output to your computer to use as a webcam - I did that and it works! It doesn't come with any software, so you'll have to find out for yourself. OBS is a free, open-source tool to help you get started. The build quality is good, it has a metal body so it seems to be of higher quality. There are no rattling parts, which is good.

I was pleased to see that the all aluminum case protects this card. Other cards like this tend to have cheap plastic sleeves that can easily break. Pretty sure you could run it over with your car. This card was recognized by Windows and VLC, so installation was easy. Did exactly what I needed.
