2 stars for exact fit minus 3 stars for dishonest sales tactic. I installed this and while it works (so far) with no issues, it is not part of ACDelco. Like the others, this is an ACI part, stamped directly into the metal. If I had known this I would have saved money, but I won't take it off and send it back, it's not worth the hassle. Luckily the shape and size are pretty close to the original so it fits without too much trouble. It was very annoying that the lower fastening screws were not included and you cannot easily remove them from the old part. Luckily I had the mounting screws spare when I mounted the TV so I could work around this. like many of us.
