Unsealed and used looking

I've been using this cream all the time so I ordered a pack of three. It was a bit suspicious when I opened the packaging and a white soapy liquid oozed out. It's weird because it's a cream. None of the creams were sealed so I don't know if they were opened. I doubted it even more after opening one and it was watery and half full.
