Easy-to Use Software for Organizing Your Database
I like the ease of use and the way the software is organized. The customer service is exceptional. There is no way to save changes to some of the fields. I wish there were more options to customize the fields. I also wish that it would automatically save the changes to the fields. I would highly recommend this software to other organizations. I like that it is easy to use and there is no need to hire a consultant. It is a great software that is easy to use. I have been able to manage my organization's database.

- Relatively low cost compared with similar products available outsource companies
- No installation required (you just copy files into your computer)
- Software works well, even though we changed our servers recently
