They are light and relatively light.

We had to change the settings for VBS every day. We hung backdrops and PVC and fabric structures. This made for relatively smooth transitions and didn't damage anything. That has been very good for us. We placed the hooks about 2 feet apart to distribute the weight. Placement is affected by how the ceiling slab reference grid is placed.
