Will not reply to warranty issues

When I bought this system it came with a two year warranty. After a year and half 3 of the 6 cameras were having issues. The Night vision on one quit and two others developers large purple spots. I contacted Firstrend via email and they replied with some troubleshooting requests. I tried what they requested with the issues not being resolved. I sent another three emails over a weeks time. explaining that the issues were not resolved. They will not reply or honor the warranty. Buyer beware.
