These LED lights are great. I installed five in the laundry room we were renovating. A light went on in the shower. These lights are adjustable to the desired brightness. I did 5000 in the shower, 4000 was fine in the rest of the room. The springs holding them in place are a bit aggressive. Pulling out the light to adjust the brightness can be a hassle. Even with super strong springs, I'll give them a five. I also bought a 4 1/4" hole cutter. Installing these headlights just got a lot easier now.
