My son's washer pump was not working on my 2011 BMW 328i. The OEM part is 6 times more expensive than this one so I decided to give it a try. The installation was a bit cumbersome, but manageable, which you don't want to do every few months. This pump didn't even last a year and the pressure was lower than expected. A lifetime warranty is good, but it's not worth the hassle of returning, waiting for a replacement, and reinstalling (about an hour of work...twice). Simply buy a genuine BMW part or an unbranded part from an OEM to save yourself the hassle and maintain quality.
