First, I know how to install these things and have occasionally been doing it for many years. So it is not a setup error. It was a partial mistake. These parts are cheap and I don't think the manufacturer has strict controls and probably most work statistically, but if you get one part off the statistical curve you'll end up with a very wet floor. UPDATE: rating changed. 1 star to 4 stars for excellent customer service. The seller contacted me, apologized and offered a full refund or free replacement. Any product can have problems, but not every seller solves these problems in the same way. So I think it's important that we as buyers let others in the buyers community know how the seller is treating you when there is a problem. Maybe there should be a second star for customer service.
