If you're considering a purchase, do it.

Excellent item! I just bought my first house but didn't like the kitchen counters so I decided to pack them in as a temporary fix until I can afford the upgrade. This material is quite simple and easy to use. Make sure you really clean the surface you apply it to. I've personally cleaned my countertops with a razor to see if they were stuck in a mess and used silicone caulk around the sink to make sure water didn't seep underneath. It doesn't cover the full width of my rack, but I knew that before I bought it, so be sure to take your measurements. Would be great for rental or RV counters.
