Bought as a Christmas present for our son. He started baking, especially cornbread, crackers, and cookies. He had never refrigerated these items before and found the texture to be much better on the racks. The bread is not raw. He liked having 4 racks to chill multiple recipes at once. He says he loves her. I thought the price was great.
