I bought these for Thanksgiving to grill on the grill rather than pull out 300 fryers so pre-testing was needed to ensure they could handle the weight. Well, perfection has been achieved, and their non-stick coating too! Great for the price and works great!

I use them to cook bacon in the oven and to cool cookies. They're also great for drying homemade egg noodles. Bacon cooks great, but it's hard to peel. It's very difficult to get burned pieces from each square of the rack. However, they turned out to be better and stronger than I thought.

I have used them in the past and somehow lost them or left them at various events. Half pots work well. I use these grates to let the meat rest after it's cooked and not leave the meat sitting in the juices while it's resting. It's also very convenient to drain anything fried. I put them in the dishwasher. The product was as described and arrived very well packaged and on time. I will buy again.
