Review on ๐Ÿ’ช Nutricost Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder - 500G, 5000mg Per Serving - Pure Creatine Monohydrate by Heather Shaw

Will this powder make me stronger?))

Personally, I am not a supporter of sports nutrition and have never bought it, BUT once, for winning a powerlifting competition, I received this white powder. At first I was not particularly interested in them, put them far away in the closet and safely forgot about him. However, the increased interest of my friends in persuading me to give them creatine made me learn more about this substance. To describe everything for a long time, I will only say briefly: you need to take creatine once a day if there is no training, and twice if there are trainings and no longer than three weeks, then there should be a break. Otherwise, there is a big load on the kidneys, and health problems may begin. I took a couple of courses, and now Iโ€™m thinking: did creatine help me or not. On the one hand, the muscles recovered faster than usual. But it could just be the so-called "placebo effect." Of course, there was an increase in strength, but not that very significant.

Pros
  • Accelerated muscle recovery, strength gains
Cons
  • It is required to constantly drink plenty of water because creatine retains water and dehydration can occur.
