Review on Charts by Kenneth Murphy

The user interface is very intuitive, it's easy enough that even non-technical people can use them without help from technical support staff or any other kind of assistance - which I think makes sense because we're talking about an industry where there are so many different providers out in market already! It would be good if they had more options available when you add new properties (i'm thinking particularly around room types). We've been able solve some issues regarding our inventory management by using this tool; however i believe their customer service could also do better at times too.
