These lamps were perfect for the purpose I wanted them for, but note that the RED version of these lamps is significantly darker than the other colors offered. Battery life lasts for a couple of days, but if you need spare batteries I recommend just buying a new set of lights. it's cheaper in most cases and you don't have to worry about the relatively flimsy coin pocket. Otherwise they work great. and are also waterproof (except for the battery compartment), making them great for a glowing potion bottle.
