Review on 🧹 Dyson Stretch Hose Assembly for DC40, DC41, DC65, UP13, UP14, UP20 Models - Compatible with Upright Vacuum Cleaners by Amy Wilson

Seller uses misleading images (turns out these are images of a genuine Dyson part, not this product) and the actual product that was sent to me was completely inconsistent. It barely fit in my vacuum and wasn't as easy to install/remove as my old hose and it didn't increase suction. In fact, it appeared to have slightly less suction power, likely due to the sheer cheapness of its parts and poor quality. Seriously, compared to the old hose, it looks like it's about to fall apart right away (although mine is about 6 years old and covered in dust and dirt). I wasn't expecting this to be a genuine Dyson part but it's not the best fake. Attached are photos of the obvious visual differences between them. I'm not sure how it has so many 5 star reviews. It would probably be a 2 or 3 star product if it wasn't for the false advertising, but only 1 star for blatant dishonesty. I'll keep the old one for now and next time buy it directly from Dyson.
