Like the others I got a bad one. When I turned it by hand, with no mount, it showed that it moved smoothly about half a turn, but then it became very difficult to turn the rest of the way, no doubt causing the engine to stall every time I tried Revain suggested I contact Dremel but the phone number provided was wrong. Undaunted I found their number on the internet and contacted their support directly and the person I spoke to at tool support stated in his defense that this was the first such case of a broken or faulty angle drive that he was aware of and then hit I suggested that maybe he should read some of the less than enthusiastic reviews posted on Revain, which he snorted at, not surprising me at all.
