bought this quad for my sons bday, its a great size for a 3 yo & price isnt bad but after charging it for 24 hours as stated it didnt workwould go & stop constantly while pressing the pedal i thought my son wasnt doing it right but after i tried holding it down it did the samecontacted customer service & they were great. no issues got my money refundedmaybe ours was just defective
