I like my easel. I didn't take it out of the house but I used it on my coffee table to paint at home. Pros: Great accessories in the box. The stand has 4 positions, or you can lay it flat. Carry bag. Cons: Wood seems to break easily. Bottom line: if you're looking for something portable to use as an easel, look no further! Note that if pastels and colored pencils aren't your thing, they offer them a variety of accessories.
