Inside their is a drawstring bag resting on a black cotton stuffed pillow. Under the pillow are the pads for the scent. Inside the bag is this bracelt that kind of twists open like a door, slide it onto your wrist and untwist it.This didn't really fit any of the thin kids, they don't like bracelets that flop around loosely. The smallest was able to push it way up her arm.The chubbier kids and adults found it difficult to put on and off, or could not get it on at all.The ones in the middle were fine, but most found the weight of the circle annoying as it slid under their wrist.Scent lasts just as long as any of this type. But this is more for a dressy day or calm day, not for activities.We didn't care for this design. We did find the open and close twist to be fascinating.
