I took my 2009 Mercedes GL450 to a mechanic to have my original tire sensors replaced. I ordered two and then two more when the mechanic explained that he had done this job before but none of the sensors worked. When I notified this company, the representative only asked me about the tools the mechanic was using and argued with me via email. The mechanic told me that he works at Mercedes dealerships and knows the necessary tools, but Kevin continued. After all, when a product is made, there's always a chance it won't work, but a dispute with a customer says a lot about a company's services, how valuable its customers are -- or lack thereof -- and customer expectations. employees/owners. I will NEVER recommend and will continue to write reviews about this bad experience. Below is a copy of one of the emails. Chastity, if they've only worked at Mercedes dealerships, chances are they don't have the Dorman Multi-Fit programming tool. as we are an aftermarket parts manufacturer. The 974-302 Multi-Fit TPMS Sensor can ONLY be programmed using the Dorman Multi-Fit Programming Tool. If you don't have this tool, you CANNOT program these TPMS sensors. Best Regards Kevin
