This product saves time. I set up storage arrays to make money, and these arrays have two controllers that require a serial connection for initial setup. Being able to open a console session for both controllers at once saved me from running back and forth to switch cable connections. This works flawlessly with Windows 10 Pro and has also been field tested on Mac OS. An ideal tool for daisy chain installers. It also works great with Cisco and Dell swivel cables, as well as Compellent's proprietary SC4020 serial cables.
