I really want to love this printer. I have a small business and the reason I bought this printer was its high print resolution and Pantone certification. I've had the printer less than a month and started leaving black streaks on the edges of my paper. My business revolves around my printer, so this was clearly a problem. Xerox sent a technician who determined that a new transfer ribbon was needed, which of course was custom. Apparently it didn't work so they sent me two new printers. Please note that during this process I have been very clear about how I will use this printer. I print on full-surface label paper, which some printers just aren't designed for, and have advised Xerox Support that if I need to upgrade my printer, I know they'll just let me do it. They assured me that my printer is more than equipped to do what I need. I received two replacement printers and in less than a month BOTH started making marks again. I email one of their sales reps for 2 months letting them know of the ongoing issues and they send me a link to call and locate a Xerox sales rep in my area so I can find an updated printer that will suitable for what I need. I just got off the phone with them because I bought a new printer from another company and got my money back and Xerox insists on sending another technician to inspect the defective printers. I'm sure it's a great printer if you never want to print anything, but don't waste your money on that Xerox printer that costs $400 for a toner change and get an HP or Brother one printer because this one just isn't worth it.
