Product looks good but is fundamentally defective. keeps falling. The manufacturer had to incorporate some wire inserts into the loop to give it some springy tension, but it's clear whoever designed this was more interested in getting through their day than making quality products. It's pretty shocking that big companies like Panasonic don't produce decent headphones in the second decade of the 21st century. It's interesting how the whole production process works in these places. Are you building a prototype? Some actually try it and find out if it's any good? Someone obviously tried to make it look good, but then others let that person down by not designing the rest right. Nevertheless, I bought it and will continue to use it. I just have to put it back in my ear from time to time. I will remember Panasonic every time I do this.
