yes these products are cheap but if customer service was good, im sure they will sell more but i .
the controller didn't work out of the box. i had this professionally installed so i had a clean finish but when everything was hooked up, i could not connect to the bluetooth controller, so it's basically just a LED light bar. i contacted customer service and they replied once and never again.yes these products are cheap but if customer service was good, im sure they will sell more but i guess they don't care after anything is sold. shame, because it would've been a great product if ALL features worked. i just overpaid for a piece that i would've gotten the same feature if i paid half the cost.
