I like that it can be used by multiple people so if one person has no internet they are still able to see what needs done while another could simply look at whats there instead which makes life easier when working remotely! Also being flexible about how much detail we need from our clients helps us understand their business better as well because sometimes its not possible get this information directly through them due to lack of computer knowledge etc - This software addresses these issues very easily allowing me greater efficiency whilst keeping my client happy too (they don't want an endless list). It was difficult finding someone who had experience using such things but once found all problems were quickly solved & everyone involved got along really great!
