The stud is loose in the rubber and has a reasonably large head. It comes out before you have enough torque to stop the nut from vibrating. The OEM was significantly better protected. If you buy this one, use minimal torque and some threadlock. If you think about it, even that won't be enough. If you run over a big bump, the spike will break out of the rubber. Get another brand.
