Not sure this is a good buy. It's just not that much cooler than a regular fan, which blows much harder. There are 3 speed settings, but even at the highest speed it blows less than my normal fan at the lowest speed. For me to feel something, it has to be on my desk and blow it right in my face, and even then it would be very easy. Best of all, it's small enough to fit on my desk and flimsy enough not to blow up everything on my desk. It's easy to use, just fill the port with water, plug in the micro USB cable and turn it on. Very easy to use and appears to be well made. The function is good. The water seems to run out after about an hour or so. I actually get cooler by using a powerful fan and covering my shoulders with a cooling towel.
