I have a 17 inch laptop and unfortunately there is hardly any space for my mouse. If I didn't have a trackball mouse, it would be very difficult to maneuver a regular mouse. Also, my laptop's keyboard, which includes a numeric keypad, requires me to be able to type comfortably, I have to remove the mouse and slide the entire laptop to the right. So basically it means I need something like a chair to put my mouse on. The slots for a tablet or phone are useless with a 17-inch laptop. *NOTE* The image they use to advertise this product is NOT a 17 inch laptop. It must be 15 inches or less. I was hoping to post a picture but I don't see a way to do so.
