I have no experience with invisible fences before and am not sure I would trust our dogs (beagles) without outside supervision (not that it's the should be default). The kit is pretty standard, much simpler than I expected but you get 500 feet of wire, I have a kit that has 2 clamps, a base, flags, a couple of splice kits. I'm not sure a couple of splice kits will do the trick and depending on how big you are for the fence you may need more wire. Upon unboxing, the kit seemed fairly straightforward, and it also comes with instructions. as installation instructions. They are very detailed in a number of ways including the installation. They also easily provide part numbers if you want to add collars or wire and also mention their planning website to help you plan your garden. Compared to other new purchases, having something that comes with detailed, easy-to-read instructions is very much appreciated. I'm waiting for the new home to be ready before installing it, so I'll have to watch out for other feedback after installation.
