This was a great hearing aid option that is less expensive. We purchased this for my mother who lives with us not and it seems to be working great. I love the packaging that it comes in feeling good about giving it to anyone.I love the magnetic absorption charging, it is like my Mac that has the magnetic charging, makes it convenient easy fro mom to plugin or simply place. It seems to charge fast and at full power can work for more than 12 hours.
