I am a Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. I have shared these spiky stress balls with many of my clients (adults and children). I use one myself! I've had anxiety most of my life and I have to say that these special stress relief balls are very comfortable - soft enough to be squeezed and tingly enough to provide extra sensory stimulation.
