I like that it allows me to create social proof in my sales materials, and have it show up instantly for my buyers. It's very easy to use, even if you're brand new to social media. The only thing I dislike about this software is how difficult it is to find someone who can help you with your questions or problems. Some of our customers are not technical savvy at all, so we need to train them on how to use this product. This helps our clients understand that they need to do their research before buying products or services from us. We are able to easily send them links to videos or articles to give them a better understanding of what we offer. They are also able to see examples of posts from other companies using this software, which helps them feel more comfortable when making a purchase decision.
