The software is easy to use, intuitive, fast, accurate, and reliable. It has an excellent cloud solution that allows us to connect with our customers in real time via mobile apps or web portals. I have been able to send out results as quickly as possible using this system. There are times when the software will not accept my input correctly (i.e., typing in data incorrectly), so it can be frustrating at first until you get used to how it works. We haven't had any issues yet but we do test samples daily which makes mistakes inevitable. This program helps us deliver faster results while also giving our clients confidence knowing what they're getting before they receive their product.
